Bleu Cheese Salad

Whenever we get together for family gatherings this is a must have salad. This salad is so good, especially if you love bleu cheese. Yum! I got this recipe from my wonderful mother. 

1 bunch red leaf lettuce, washed and torn into pieces

1/2 head iceberg lettuce, washed and torn into pieces

4 to 6 green onions, sliced

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced

Cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 pkg Cave Bleu Cheese, crumbled

Dressing:

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup oil

1/2 t garlic salt

crushed ground pepper

1/2 t paprika

2 T sugar

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Toss with dressing right before serving
