Easy Cranberry Chicken


This really is an easy and fast recipe, but tastes very good. I got this recipe from my homeward cookbook. I also think that it is in the favorites cookbook as well. 

8 to 10 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Combine the following:
1 pkg lipton dry onion soup mix
1 (8 oz) bottle Sweet and Spicy French or Catalina dressing
1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Spoon sauce mixture over chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 375 for about an hour. Serve over rice or with potatoes.

  1. Yum! I'll have to try this. I usually just do bbq sauce, whole cranberry sauce, and minced onion... but I think I'll mix it up and try this one!
