Spinach, Chicken, and Pasta Salad

This is my all time favorite salad! Yum :)

16 oz pkg, bow-tie pasta, cooked al dente

1 1/2 (10 oz) bags fresh spinach
1 (6 0z) bag of craisins
3 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 (8 oz) cans sliced water chestnuts drained ( I don't use these because we don't like them) 
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 cup seasame seeds, toasted
6 oz. honey roasted peanuts
2 cups cooked chicken, diced

1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup bottled teriyaki sauce
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
6 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Blend dressing ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Mix dressing and cooked pasta in medium bowl and marinate for two hours. Combine the rest of the salad ingredients in large salad bowl, add pasta, and dressing. Toss and serve.
