This is a refreshing summertime dessert. This cake is very moist and actually healthy. The recipe omits the oil and the eggs.
1 white cake mix
1 (6 oz) strawberry yogurt
3/4 cup water
3 egg whites
1/3 cup applesauce
Make cake mix using yogurt, water, egg whites, and applesauce. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake according to the cake mix directions and let cool.
Frosting
1 (6 oz) strawberry yogurt
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping
sliced fresh strawberries
Mix yogurt with whipped topping. Spread on cake and top with sliced strawberries. Keep chilled until served.
